Course project for Digital System Design (Prof. Roberto Saletti), University of Pisa. Engineered a neural-network-based handwritten digit recognizer on an Altera DE10-Lite (MAX10 FPGA) board: built a Python digital twin for training and quantization, and implemented custom Verilog drivers for touchscreen input and LT24 display output.
